PICK UP & SHIPPING POLICY
When items are ready for pick up you will receive notification. Items will be avalible for porch pick up in St. Charles. Once you place your order the address for pick up will be avalible.

​I do not offer refunds on personalized products. With non-personalized items buyers have one week to alert me that they would like to return the item. Once the item is received a refund will be made.

TURNAROUND TIME
Average turn around time is 7-10 days for clothing and home decor and 14-21 days for custom made tumblers.
