These tumblers are hand made with love and lots of steps involved in the process, that being said please keep in mind that some tumblers may have a slight imperfection since it is not a mass produced item. These minor, hardly visible imperfections do not refrain the beauty or function of the tumbler, they give it personal charm that can not be duplicated like a mass produced item.
